Oz Cohen-Koren

Oz represents corporations and individuals in a wide range of complex and diverse legal disputes, appearing before various civil courts and in arbitration and mediation proceedings, across all commercial law fields. His expertise includes shareholder disputes, complex contract disputes, corporate control struggles, infrastructure, real estate, class action suits, appeals to the Supreme Court, administrative appeals – particularly in the field of tenders  – and others.

Over the years, Oz has gained significant expertise in handling complex litigation cases, employing strategic and creative thinking to achieve the best outcomes for each client.

Prior to establishing the firm, Oz worked as an attorney and as a partner at prominent and well-known law firms in Israel, and even headed the litigation department at one of the country’s leading and best-known firms.

Throughout his career, Oz has represented a wide array of communication entities, accumulating unique experience in this field, both in managing legal proceedings before various authorities and in the regulation associated with these fields, providing ongoing advice regarding their ongoing work.

Oz accompanies and advises major and well-known entities during communication crises. Another area where Oz has acquired rich and unique expertise is in the field of procurement law.

Over the years, Oz has specialized in representing both public entities publishing tenders and private entities and subcontractors contending in these tenders. Atty. Cohen-Koren believes that quality legal representation requires creative thinking and crafting unique solutions for each and every situation the client faces.

Oz views litigation as an art of persuasion, prioritizing the client’s favorable representation vis-a-vis the opposing party, including in court. Atty. Cohen-Koren is married to Nava, a certified social worker, and a proud father of two young children – Tom and Maayan.
